Their families can feel rejected by the community and need emaotional and spiritual support along with food and shelter.

Although HIV/AIDS has not reached epidemic proportions in Bolivia, the occurrence of HIV is rising in Cochabamba among the population of people aged 15–24. The Children’s Orphanage reaches out to HIV positive children and their families. Our team is going in with open arms for the little ones and public health education for their community to promote awareness and prevent such diseases as HIV/AIDS.
